About Sekmuri Foundation
Sekmuri Foundation is a non-partisan and non-profit making organization established in 2024 for the preservation and promotion of Mundhum and Mundhum based cultural heritages of Limbu people chiefly inhabiting in the eastern part of Nepal. It aims to serve as a platform that brings together diverse stakeholders for the overarching goals of the collective benefit of Limbu community globally. We encourage and conduct research, seminars, and various other programmes in the field of Mundhum, mythology, language, literature, culture, and history of Limbu people, the ancient inhabitants of eastern Nepal.
